UPDATE 4-Nigeria militants attack Shell, amnesty hopes fade

Nigerian militants said on Sunday they had launched their third attack on Royal Dutch Shell since President Umaru Yar’Adua made an amnesty offer, and threatened to intensify their campaign of sabotage.
